      about the use of cookies and other similar Internet technologies on the website available at https://resabee.pl (hereinafter: Website).
    2. Using cookies and other Internet technologies, only anonymous statistical data about visitors to the Site are collected. Information obtained through the indicated technologies, as a rule, does not constitute personal data - they are not assigned to a specific person and do not allow them to be identified.
    3. The provisions of the "Privacy Policy" apply to information collected by cookies that can be linked to a specific person (may constitute personal data for the Controller).
    4. The placement and use of cookies and similar Internet technologies are not harmful to the user's device (i.e. computer, phone or tablet), and does not cause any changes to the configuration of the device or the installed software and applications.
    5. The technologies indicated above are used for:
      • To ensure the safety of the use of the Website,
      • adapting the content of the Website's pages to the user's preferences and optimizing (facilitating or improving) the use of the Website; in particular, these files allow us to recognize the user's device and properly display the website, tailored to the user's individual needs,

  2. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

    1. During use of the Service, small text information sent by the server is placed on the user's device. By default, the text files contain information such as the name of the website, the unique identifier of the visitor to the Service, and the file storage time.

        • session (temporary) cookies - are created each time you enter the Website and are deleted from your device when you close the browser window,
        • permanent (persistent) cookies - are stored in the final device of the person visiting the Website for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are removed by the user.
    3. The following types of cookies are used on the Website:
      • essential cookies - enable proper display of the website and use of basic functions and services available on the Website. They are also used to ensure security (they are used, for example, to detect abuse of authentication on the Website). Their use does not require the user's consent and they cannot be deactivated within the framework of managing cookie settings; (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest);
        • functional cookies - allow remembering the Service user's preferences and adapting the site to the user's selected settings. Their use can be turned off, but this may result in some services or parts of the Website not working properly (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent);

      • to protect against spam and ensure system security (we use the so-called "Google reCAPTCHA" on the Service);
      • to enable the use of services and technologies of third parties placed on the Website,
      • to study the activity of anonymous users and, on this basis, generate statistics (e.g., using Google tools) that help us learn about the use of the Website.
    5. The Controller also uses the following Internet technologies for data storage:
      • Session Storage - "data storage" that allows data to be saved and stored locally in the browser of a user visiting the Service only until the browser window is closed.
      • Local Storage - "data storage", which allows data to be saved and stored locally in the browser of a user visiting the Website permanently (even after the browser window is closed) until the user deletes it.

  3. HOW TO DEAL WITH COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

    1. The Service User may make choices regarding the use of cookies by the Controller and third parties (in particular, analytical and advertising files). Changing the settings of cookies, however, may affect the quality of use of the services or prevent the use of certain functionalities of the Service (e.g. in the situation of disabling cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the Service, saving the settings concerning user preferences).
    2. The User may manage their preferences and at any time withdraw consent to the placement and storage (on the device they use) of cookies that are not necessary for the proper operation of the Service and the use of available functionalities (in particular, analytical and advertising cookies), by changing the settings using the tools available on the Controller's Service (for this purpose, use the option), which does not affect the legality of data processing before the withdrawal of consent.
    3. The user can also change the settings of cookies or disable their use at any time in their browser. If they do not change the default settings of their browser, these files will be placed on the end device and will be used according to the rules set by the browser provider.
    4. A user who, after reviewing the information available on the Controller's Website, does not want cookies and other technologies to remain stored in the device's web browser, should remove them from their browser after completing their visit to the Website.
